The mother liquor for the production of this product was produced by our own local fermentation and distillation processes. This mother liquor was originally aged in carefully selected oak barrels and then blended or infused with our own local spice extracts and then return to barrels As the town of Saint George matures, so too has #37, and in 2016 a 12-year- old premium rum was added to our assortment. #37 – 8 and 12-year-old has a rich aroma, aged to perfection in oak barrels, mellowed with time and double matured. for a second maturation. This process is responsible for its exceptional smoothness, full body and rich spice flavour, to satisfy every palate and every drinker’s repertoire. This uniquely handcrafted product is so unique and represents a premium rum -Why? Because it truly represents the vision of our leader and the scientific knowledge of a team of technicians, chemist, biologist, food technologist and chemical engineers that represent more than 75 years of blending expertise. Our Treasure, Black Gold, is premium aged 5 years old and infused with nutmeg, 46% alcohol by volume (92 proof).
